By creating an account or using FlowSpaceFocus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
FlowSpaceFocus is a web-based focus app for distracted and ADHD-prone minds. It combines timed work sessions ("Focus Flows"), curated focus playlists, and Owliva, an AI accountability coach that checks in with you before, during, and after each session. We may modify, add to, or discontinue features of the service at any time.
You need an account, authenticated through our provider Clerk, to use FlowSpaceFocus. You're responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
A payment card is required to sign up. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial, on either the Student plan ($4.50/month or $39/year, requires verification with a .edu email) or the Individual plan ($9/month or $79/year).
Your card is not charged during your 7-day trial. When the trial ends, we automatically charge your card for the plan and billing cadence you selected, and your subscription begins recurring on that cadence, unless you cancel before then. Completing any number of focus sessions during your trial does not end the trial early or affect when you are charged.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number.
You can cancel any time from your account's billing settings. If you cancel before your 7-day trial ends, you will not be charged at all. If you cancel after your subscription has started, your card will not be charged again, and you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Charges are final. We don't provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, including if you forget to cancel before a renewal. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at emy@flowspacefocus.com and we'll look into it.
Owliva is an AI accountability coach powered by a third-party large language model. Its responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, or not what you expect. Owliva is a productivity tool, not a medical, mental health, or therapeutic service, and is not a substitute for professional care, ADHD diagnosis, medication, or therapy.
You may not use FlowSpaceFocus for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or abuse the free-trial mechanism (for example, by creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim free trials). Violating these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
FlowSpaceFocus, its branding, and its content (excluding your own session data) are owned by Royale Automation. You're granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for your own personal productivity, not to resell or redistribute it.
FlowSpaceFocus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular productivity outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royale Automation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use FlowSpaceFocus after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
