No. FlowSpaceFocus is a productivity and focus tool, not a medical product. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, ADHD treatment, or therapy.

Not as a separate tier. Every new user signs up with a card on file and gets their first 3 focus sessions free. Your card is charged immediately after you complete session 3, and you can cancel any time before then to pay nothing. Session 4 is part of the paid plan.

One sitting with the focus timer running, start to finish: pick a Focus Flow (25 minutes to a 7-Hour Workday), work with Owliva and a playlist if you want, and end it when you're done. Each of your first 3 sessions needs to actually run for a bit, not be started and immediately ended, to count toward your free sessions.

Every plan includes all Focus Flow session lengths, full access to the Owliva AI accountability coach, complete session history, and focus pattern insights.

Individual is $9/month or $79/year. Student is $4.50/month or $39/year, verified with a .edu email. Either way, your card is only charged after your 3rd completed focus session.
