How it works

Select Student or Individual and monthly or annual billing.

2. USE YOUR FIRST 3 SESSIONS FREE

A session is one sitting with the focus timer, Owliva, playlists, and post-session break activities, start to finish. Use Owliva and everything else during your first 3, free.

3. CONTINUE AUTOMATICALLY

After your 3rd completed session, the selected subscription begins automatically unless canceled first. Your 4th session onward is on your paid plan.

Your card is required to sign up, but your subscription is not charged until you complete your 3rd focus session. You can cancel anytime before then.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as one session?
One sitting with the focus timer running, start to finish: pick a Focus Flow (25 minutes to a 7-Hour Workday), work with Owliva and a playlist if you want, and end it when you're done. Each of your first 3 sessions needs to actually run for a bit (not started and immediately ended) to count toward your free sessions.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will not receive a subscription charge when you sign up. After your 3rd completed focus session, FlowSpaceFocus will automatically start the Student or Individual subscription you selected and charge the payment method provided during signup, so your 4th session onward is on your paid plan.
How can I track my free sessions?
Your dashboard displays how many of your first 3 free sessions remain.
Can I cancel before I'm charged?
Yes. You can cancel from Settings or Billing anytime before completing your 3rd focus session. If you cancel before then, your subscription will not begin and your card will not be charged.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your session history remains accessible. You lose access to paid features but your account stays active.
